Twill Bucket Hat (Reversible)

Our reversible Twill Bucket Hat is dyed a color of your choosing on one side, with the other side left in natural/undyed cotton. We use a 7 oz. cotton twill that provides just the right amount of structure without being too heavy for hot summer days.

The Twill Bucket Hat is entirely dyed and made to order in studio. You pick the color and size, and we'll get busy dyeing the fabric and sewing up your hat in studio. As this is a made-to-order product, returns are only for store credit (and not to the original form of payment).

Note that slight variations in color may occur among dye lots and are attendant to the natural dye process.

- for color options with iron listed, an afterbath of either (i) ferrous acetate or (ii) ferrous sulfate

- except for (i) indigo and (ii) gallnut + pot. perm., mordanted with oak gall tannin extract and aluminum acetate

- machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle / tumble dry low / iron low as needed

- do not bleach

- unevenness in dye uptake and gradations of hues are beautiful, distinctive, and intrinsic to the natural dye process

- naturally dyed clothing may transfer color before the first wash or two; until then, avoid contact with light colored objects and surfaces
