REPAIRS

If and when your garment becomes worn and battered, we're here to repair them for free (exclusive of shipping costs). Just send us an email at info@ryantaylorstudio.com with a photo of the damage and the repair(s) requested to get the process started. Please wash your garment before sending it our way, and once we review it in person, we will discuss repair options with you before proceeding.

Missing a button? Let us know and we'll mail one for free, along with a needle and thread if requested.

BESPOKE DYEING

We love to dye anything and everything. Whether you want one of our garments overdyed or reinvented or have a textile from elsewhere, we can work with you to create something new and unique. Reach out to us at info@ryantaylorstudio.com with a photo of the object, the fiber content if known, and any inspiration you have.

We highly recommend that you preshrink your garment before sending to us, as the natural dye process subjects textiles to a lot of agitation and heat. We cannot guarantee that your garment will fit as it did before we dye it, and preshrinking it will minimize any change. Additionally, while we strive to obtain the exact color you want, we cannot perfectly match color standards (e.g., Pantone) due to the inherently imperfect natural dye process.
