No two naturally dyed garments are alike. Each has its own distinctive coloring and markings. Before ordering, we suggest learning about the Features of and Care for our garments. Please allow up to a week for items to ship as we are a small operation and most items are dyed upon receipt of an order. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 days after the date on which your order is delivered. For example, if you received your order on January 1, the returned goods must be delivered to us by January 15. To qualify for a return, all returned goods must be in the same condition in which you received them and have the original tags attached.

Alternatively, you may exchange all or part of your order. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the date on which your order is delivered. For example, if you received your order on January 1, the goods to be exchanged must be delivered to us by January 15. To qualify for an exchange, the goods to be exchanged must be in the same condition in which you received them and have the original tags attached.

SALE ITEMS

All goods on sale are final sale. However, you may exchange goods on sale for a different size of the same good (if in stock), subject to the terms and conditions of exchanges stated above. 

INSTRUCTIONS & SHIPPING

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@ryantaylorstudio.com. Please give us your order number and list all items to be returned, and in the case of an exchange, please list the item to be returned and the size you would like to receive in its place. Upon our receipt of the goods, we will promptly notify you if your return or exchange is approved. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, except for items that are made to order. Items made to order may be returned only for store credit. 

You, the customer, are responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred resulting from a return or exchange, including but not limited to your cost to ship returned or exchanged goods to us and our cost to ship any replacement goods to you. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number, insure the goods in transit, and require a signature upon delivery to us, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipment.
