Ryan Taylor began and continues with an unwavering love for the science behind and possibilities of natural dyes. Our clothing is designed to complement the time and effort required to research, develop, and utilize natural dye processes. Years accrue while the raw materials are cultivated and ultimately processed and combined to create our garments. These garments should not only survive but also surpass the cumulative time required for each part of that process.

Our sole use of natural dyes stems from their complexity of color, which range anywhere from subtle to kaleidoscopic, and the distinctiveness they give to each garment. We dye part of our collection by hand at our studio in New York as well as partner with natural dyehouses in the United States.
