We made this shirt with a Japanese cotton slub twill that’s woven on old-fashioned looms, giving the fabric a textured yet soft look and hand. The shirt is constructed with 3-ply collar and cuffs that provide structure without relying on fusible interfacings that can cause unsightly bubbling and wrinkling as the fusible interfacing's glue deteriorates over time.

We dipped this shirt in a concentrated indigo vat three times to obtain a medium depth of blue.

The undyed corozo buttons also dyed blue given their cellulosic structure.
